Refund Policy

At Honest Minds Global Ventures, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services (thrift contributions and wallet funding), refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds After Successful Transactions
Once a payment is successfully processed (e.g., wallet funding or thrift contribution), it cannot be reversed or refunded.
This is because funds are immediately allocated to your wallet or thrift account.
2. Failed or Pending Transactions
If a payment fails or remains pending after being debited from your bank, we will work with Flutterwave to verify and resolve the issue.
Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation from Flutterwave.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at honestmindsglobalventures@gmail.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
4. Chargebacks
Any chargeback initiated without prior communication may lead to account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
