Terms and Conditions

  1. You are expected to pay a non refundable registration fee of ₦3,000 only.
  2. You must pay your weekly contributions into your virtual account before 11:59 PM every Friday. That is for those that are paying every week. Failure to pay into your virtual account before 11:59 on a particular Friday, it will attract a 100% fine.
  3. A thrift/account is to save ₦2,000 weekly for 52 weeks. Registration of multiple thrifts is allowed, and upfront payment, such as monthly payment is also allowed.
  4. Every member must introduce at least one person under a particular thrift/account who must be up to 6 months on the system before the account can be empowered with ₦156,000, and foodstuff and provisions.
  5. Any thrift/account that is on fast track must introduce 5 downlines/people/thrift/account under the account within 30 days of its registration, else, it will not be termed a fast track. The account on fast track will receive its benefit in 6 months instead of 12 months. However, before the benefit is paid, the balance of the remaining 6 months has to be paid to complete 52 weeks contributions.
  6. Uploading fake proof of payment will lead to cancellation of such an account.
  7. Every account holder in Honest Minds Global Ventures must buy the company's branded T.shirt before the person will get his/her benefits.
  8. Payment of benefits is within 3 working days from the date of withdrawal application.
  9. A member is advised to provide a trusted next of kin, that will get his/her benefits in case of death.
  10. Honest Minds Global Ventures will only pay a dead member 50% benefit, if the member dies before his/her 52 weeks thrift maturity date.
  11. After making a payment for your registration, you have 72 hours maximum to pay your contribution into your virtual account, else your account will be deactivated and you will have to pay another registration fee to activate the account.
  12. Note that any mistake made during your registration is at your cost, especially the provision of your bank account details. Honest Minds Global Ventures will not be liable for any of such mistakes.
  13. Any bank account details provided cannot be edited or changed, while the thrift is active.
  14. Any payment made in the name of Honest Minds Global ventures, that is not confirmed or reflect on the dashboard will require further investigation from the depositor which will require the depositor providing his/her bank statement of account and any other information that will be required by Honest Minds Global Ventures to further investigate the transaction.
  15. All manually uploaded transactions will take between 24 to 72 hours before the transactions will be confirmed. However, confirmation of payment made from a debit card is automated.
